Registration Is Open: Join Us for the 2025 ALP Virtual Scrapbook Festival

It’s time—registration for the 2025 ALP Virtual Scrapbook Festival is officially open, and you’re invited.

This year’s theme is Make, Reflect, Repeat, and we’ll be gathering online from Wednesday–Saturday, December 17–20, 2025 for four days of creative play, reflection, and feminist community.

Whether you’ve been hanging out with the Awesome Ladies Project for years or you just found us yesterday, this festival is for you.

What is the ALP Virtual Scrapbook Festival?

The ALP Virtual Scrapbook Festival is our yearly online celebration of:

  • Pictures: photos, selfies, screenshots, whatever you’ve got
  • Words: journaling, lists, tiny captions, long stories
  • Creative supplies: paper, paint, stamps, stickers, digital tools, and more
  • Bits of life: ephemera, receipts, packaging, tags, ticket stubs, everyday stuff

For four days, we gather together to make things, reflect on our stories, and repeat the parts that feel good so we can carry that energy into the new year.

Everything happens online, so you can join from wherever you are in the world, in your comfiest clothes, with whatever supplies you already have.

What’s Happening During Festival?

Once you’re registered, you’ll get access to our festival classroom where you’ll find:

  • Live events & sessions
A mix of live Zoom sessions throughout the weekend, including creative play sessions, festival games, and community hangouts. Replays will be available if you can’t attend live.
  • Daily Pages: Beat the Clock sessions
Short, high-energy sessions to help you get something on the page fast. You bring a notebook and a few favorite supplies, we bring the timer and prompts. These are designed to feel fun, low-pressure, and totally doable.
  • Tag Roulette
A playful, community-powered challenge where we spin up different “tags” (themes, prompts, constraints) and see what we can make with them. It’s a great way to try new ideas without overthinking.
  • Challenges & prompts inside the ALP community
We’ll have festival-friendly prompts you can tackle in your own time: layouts, mini-books, notebook spreads, Daily Pages, art journaling, and more. Everything is flexible so you can use the format that works best for you.
  • Festival Closing Ceremonies
On Sunday we’ll come together one more time to share what we made, celebrate our wins, shout out the Creative Team and community, and talk about what’s coming next at the Awesome Ladies Project.

You can participate as much or as little as you want. Show up for one event or camp out with us all weekend—either way, you’re welcome here.

Free Festival vs VIP Upgrade

When you register, you’re automatically in for the free festival experience, which includes:

  • Access to the festival classroom
  • All free live sessions and community challenges
  • Replays for the main events (for a limited time)
  • Space to share your projects, ask questions, and hang out with other Awesome Ladies

You’ll also see an option to upgrade to VIP, which is perfect if you:

The free festival is truly complete on its own, so you can absolutely sign up and have an incredible weekend without spending a cent. The VIP Pass is there if you’re feeling ready for a little more support, structure, and bonus fun!
