rukristin’s Book of Me Preparations

Hey Ladies!

I hope you’re having a great time with the Book of Me workshop so far.

Today I want to share with you a look at my personal Preparations work so far. I didn’t include a TON on this in the workshop lessons itself because I wanted to make sure to leave everyone with an open and blank slate from which to work.

I definitely want to share with you as much of my process as possible, so you can see how I’m tackling everything as well. After filling out the worksheets, I got to work

So here’s the structure of my Book of Me. It’s made out of two chipboard covers that I created from an old discarded desk calendar (video #1 below). I covered the front and backs of the chipboard with cardstock and patterned papers to fit my personality (video #2 below). And then I went through and added some chapter dividers and patterned paper that I had picked out from my stash and set up my inside pages (video #3 below)

Here are the three short videos on the steps I’ve taken so far to create the structure of my Book of Me.
