Celebrating 500+ Daily Pages Livestream & Share Events

It was the beginning of the pandemic, and we had nowhere better to be. So the Daily Pages Livestream & Share started on April 1st, 2020.

It was supposed to last 30 days.

We’ve been featured in Vice Magazine, on the Simple Scrapper podcast, and more.

Over the next two years, we created a place that was better to be than anywhere else. On February 17th, 2022 we had our 500th live stream and there are no plans to stop anytime soon.

So how do I create a Daily Pages Livestream every day?

I have a lot of help. And I take weekends off.

The full answer is that I love spending time creating art with my friends every day. I get to wake up and go to work on my computer, where my awesome friends are, from around the world. And we all get together at the same time to make little scrapbook pages about what’s going on in our lives.

It’s an amazing way to spend time with people you love.

This is an accessible hobby

Daily Pages is something that everyone can do.

You can spend 3 or 30 minutes on it. Supplies can be from the dollar store or designer scrapbook shops. It can be done in a little notebook, a ring binder, digitally, or as always, whatever works for you.

There are no rules — you are the authority.

The 500th Daily Pages Livestream

The 500th Daily Pags Livestream was an amazing event to be at live.

It was our highest ever attended Daily Pages Livestream & Share event. It felt so special that people were in on their lunch break. People popped in for 5 minutes just to say hello and congrats.

We have an incredible community.

Here are a few of the great messages left after the event:

The Awesome Ladies Project is filled with really incredible people and I am always so proud to be a part of this community. There are just so many good people here.

That’s what makes it so easy to come to the Daily Pages Livestream & Share each day.

I love spending time with these people.

Daily Pages Livestream & Share Guidelines:

  • No Drama — the ALP is a drama-free zone. We’ve all got drama and this is not the place for it.
  • Show up as you are — camera on/off. PJs, (what is makeup?), coffee, straight from work, lunch break. We’re just happy you’re here.
  • Come whatever time, stay for however long. There is no late.
  • You are free to share your project, but it’s completely optional.
  • These shows are recorded and placed inside the ALP Library of Resources.

As I’m starting to build up my scrapbooking stash, I’m trying to navigate buying supplies that I will actually use and not just accumulating a bunch of product. I want to make my photos and stories the center of my projects, but of course I still want cute embellishments. Any advice so that I don’t get caught up in buying all the things?
