We Emphasize Texture in our photo When:
- We want to see the details
- There is more to a story than the big picture
- We want to capture how something feels
- We want show off the depth of something

Some recommendations for shooting texture
- Look for the small details to tell big stories.
- Go outside. There are incredible textures everywhere in nature.
- Think about how something feels, then try to show that in the photo.
- Fill up your entire camera frame with the texture.
- Use some of the other lessons you've learned this week to help bring out your texture even more, black and white can show off texture beautifully and the rule of thirds can help with placement.
