Currently List

Project: Currently List Journaling Challenge

In late 2012, I was playing around with the idea of a weekly journaling introspective.  After a bunch of brainstorming and a lot of note-taking, I came up with The Currently Journaling Challenge.

The idea behind the challenge was to take five minutes each week and write down what was going on in my right-now life. I wanted to keep it simple, yet appealing enough to come back to on a regular basis.

The Currently List Journaling Challenge uses the same seven one-word prompts each week. To make the challenge even easier, I created a simple journaling card, which you can download totally free, with the prompts already listed. Each week I grab a card and spend just a few minutes filling it out.

There’s no right or wrong way to do the Currently Journaling Challenge! I fill out a physical journaling card each week, but there are lots of other Currently List journalers who put their own twist on the challenge and make it work for them.
